Terms of use

Last updated: October 6, 2026. By creating an account or using Scope, you accept these terms.

1. The service

Scope is an automated trading tool on Solana for pump.fun and PumpSwap coins: copying the buys of wallets you choose, buying their launches, automatic sells based on your settings, manual buys and sells. Scope executes your settings; it does not decide for you and does not manage funds on behalf of third parties.

2. Access

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use this kind of service where you live.
You are responsible for access to your account (email, Telegram, passkeys, login and recovery codes).

3. Wallets and keys

Wallets created on Scope are kept in an isolated signing vault, encrypted and with no internet access. Scope only signs operations you have set up or requested.
The private key of a new wallet is shown to you once, when it is created. Keep it: it is your backup copy.
Withdrawals require your confirmation (passkey on the web, authenticator code on Telegram).

4. Fees

Scope charges 1% of every buy and every sell, inside the transaction itself. Solana network fees, and the priority fee and tip you choose, come on top and go to the network, not to Scope. Any fee change will be announced before it applies.

5. Risks

Memecoins are extremely volatile. You can lose everything you put in. No result is guaranteed, and a transaction can fail, land later than expected or fill at a different price. Nothing on Scope is investment advice. See the risk warning.

6. Prohibited use

Any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering and sanctions evasion.
Any attempt to attack, overload or misuse the service.

7. Liability

Scope is provided as is. We do our best to keep it fast, available and secure, without being able to guarantee it at all times: it also depends on the Solana blockchain, pump.fun and technical providers.

To the extent allowed by law, Scope is not liable for trading losses, nor for losses caused by an outage, a delay, a settings mistake or an event outside the service.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Scope at any time and withdraw your funds. Scope may suspend an account for prohibited use or a security risk, while letting you withdraw your funds unless the law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

These terms may change. The update date is shown at the top of this page; important changes are announced in advance.
