Privacy policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026. Scope collects the minimum needed to run the service and sells no data.

What we collect

Your email (web app login) and your Telegram ID (using the bot).
Your wallet addresses, your settings and your trade history.
The messages you send to support (tickets).
For security: your login sessions (date and browser type) and the technical log of the bot's decisions.

To run the service: execute your settings, show your history, send your codes and notifications.
To secure your account and answer your support requests.

No data sales, no targeted advertising, no advertising trackers.

Data is stored on our server in the European Union (Contabo), with backups at Cloudflare.

Technical providers that process part of it for us: Cloudflare (hosting and backups), Resend (sending emails), Telegram (bot messages).

Your trades are transactions on the Solana blockchain: they are public by nature.

Account, settings and history: as long as your account exists.
Technical log of the bot: 30 days.
Backups: 30 days for daily backups; backups of the wallet vault are kept longer, so that no wallet can ever be lost.

The web app uses a single cookie, for your login session. The website uses no advertising cookies.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@scopebot.trade. You can also contact your data protection authority.
